India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) is the India's first comprehensive benchmarking tool to measure and accelerate LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace. Created through a collaboration between the Keshav Suri Foundation, Pride Circle, and Stonewall UK, IWEI offers Indian organizations a clear path toward building more inclusive, equitable environments.
 

We designed the brand identity for IWEI to reflect clarity, progress, and trust—balancing institutional credibility with an open, welcoming tone. At its centre is a simple yet meaningful mark: a bar graph forming the letter ‘E’, symbolizing visible progress for LGBT+ inclusion across workplaces. A subtle rainbow gradient threads through the symbol, representing diversity and possibility, while the celestial navy anchors the

brand in confidence and integrity.
